John came to Legacy Marketing Reps, late in 2010, after working for Systems Integrators and Manufacturer Rep Firms, in both Security and Pro-AV, for many years. John grew up working for the family business, J.L. Torbeck Company, until the mid 90's where he learned the security business from the ground up as a technician, purchasing agent, systems designer, and system sales. After 9/11, John ran the Security Division for a local electronics firm, who had a change in ownership, and John returned to the Manufacturers Rep, where he remains today. John brings a vast knowledge of security system design. He is certified in many products and prides himself in providing the best solution for both the integrator and the end user.
